A superior grade fire retardant compound exhibiting low smoke, low toxicity characteristics, specifically designed for use in the mass transit industry. Good physical and dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. Natural cream/off white colour, not easily pigmented. Most acceptable pigmentation is grey. This material has been tested in accordance with *BS6853 : 1999 ‘Code of practice for fire precautions in the design and construction of passenger carrying trains.’ (Category 1A conformity). BS EN ISO 4589-3 1996. NFX70-100.
