Years of continued investment have resulted in the company owning an impressive range of plant and equipment that is both high tech and ultra-reliable. We have over 8000 stock dies for profiles, cords and tubes ensuring that most requirements can be catered for without a tooling charge.

Here at Viking Extrusions, we take quality very seriously.

We attained ISO9001 certification in 1998 and ISO14001 certification in 2023. We have progressively moved into the supply of high-tech industries. We are currently involved in projects both at home and overseas supplying aerospace, mass transit, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Our business philosophy is simple: Our aim is to provide high quality products, efficiently and at very competitive prices. You will be pleased with our short lead times and exceptional customer service.

We are specialists in short runs and prototype work, so however small your requirement, we can help!

Our factory is conveniently located close to Worthing railway station, a few minutes from the busy A27 coastal arterial road.

Our History

Viking Extrusions was Incorporated on 1st August 1991. Below are Directors Rob and Pete moving into the Ford Lane Industrial Estate unit. Viking’s first home.

1991 – 1993

Ford Lane Industrial Estate 1993 – Viking now 2 years old with just two extruders in the fleet of machines. 1994 would see the company move to Worthing.

Ivy Arch Road 1998, the outside may look much the same, however inside has undergone many changes over the years. The unit seemed vast at the time but has quickly been filled to accommodate additional production processes

Ivy Arch Road Today, we have a loyal team of longstanding employees. Viking very much remains a working family to this day.
