Viking Extrusions have 30 years’ experience supplying silicone rubber sheeting and other silicone components to industry worldwide. Over this time, we have gained a vast amount of knowledge and technical expertise which allows us to ensure you receive the right material for your application.
We supply silicone rubber sheeting in a range of sizes, thicknesses, material grades and colours. Our sheets are available on rolls up to 1200mm wide and come in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 12.0mm. We are able to offer the following:
FDA Approved 40° Shore A Silicone Sheet – suitable for use in high and low temperature applications. Fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004 and WRAS approved in accordance with BS 6920.
FDA Approved 60° Shore A Silicone Sheet – available in black, white, transparent, red and blue. Suitable for high and low temperature applications. Fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004 and WRAS approved in accordance with BS 6920.
FDA Approved Metal Detectable Silicone Sheet – Commonly used in pharmaceutical and food processing applications as fragments of seals and gaskets may be easily and safely detected. Metal detectable sheets are FDA approved to 21 CFR 177.2600, meet the migration limits of EC directive 2002/72/CE and have been tested in accordance with UNE-EN 1186.
Electrically Conductive Silicone Rubber Sheet – A carbon filled material which provides protection against antistatic discharge and acts as a low amperage conduction. It is commonly used to shield electronic enclosures and connectors and is widely used in medical, defence, aerospace and telecommunication industries.
FDA Approved Platinum Cured Silicone Sheet – Manufactured using peroxide free platinum curing system. This material has high tear strength, excellent transparency and is commonly used in medical and pharmaceutical applications.
Flame Retardant Silicone Sheet – MF775 sheet specifically formulated for use in the rail industry. Compliant to EN45545-2.
Fabric Reinforced Silicone Rubber Sheet – Silicone sheet containing a glass fabric reinforcing layer. This material has excellent tear resistance and non-creep characteristics. It is used in applications that require non-stretch seals and gaskets.
