Manufacturing and developing new silicone rubber extrusions has been at the core of our operations since our inception, with our team using their vast experience and knowledge to produce innovative and modern solutions, taking pride in their development and continuously working to implement the latest production techniques.
We have produced over 9000 silicone rubber profiles for customers across the globe – working closely with our clients to ensure we understand project requirements and develop the perfect solution to meet your needs. The technical team at Viking Extrusions use their vast experience in manufacturing rubber profiles, providing advice on design for manufacturing (DFM) and taking ideas from a concept through to production, including sustainable manufacturing and choosing the right material for your application to ensure our product is tailored to your exact specifications.
At Viking Extrusions, we provide an unbeaten experience, supplying our clients with products and opportunities you won’t find anywhere else in the industry. We can offer minimum order quantities as low as 10m depending on profile size and also have the machinery and capacity to produce large production runs of many thousands of metres, specialising in the manufacturing of complex rubber profiles, producing:
We can extrude profiles in a wide range of material grades, from 20° Shore A to 80° Shore A, including the ability to manufacture products in all colours. Our production staff are highly experienced in pigmenting silicones to match RAL and Pantone numbers and colour-matching customer samples.
As standard, our silicone profiles are extruded to ISO 3302-1: 2014 E3 tolerances. However, if required, we may be able to offer tighter tolerances. The years of experience we have in silicone extrusion manufacturing have allowed us to expand our selection of products, with our close-knit and expert team combining their capabilities to create joined rings, fabricated gaskets and adhesive-backed profiles.
Our extensive length-cutting capabilities put us ahead of the competition, with a selection of in-house cutting equipment and machinery allowing us to supply silicone profiles cut to any length required. We also have a comprehensive range of joining presses and are able to supply silicone rubber profiles, either glued or vulcanised into rings of any size.

As well as being joined into rings, we can join profiles into more complex fabricated gaskets, such as picture frame gaskets, achieved using mitre-joined or moulded corners.
We can supply silicone rubber profiles complete with adhesive backing tapes applied. Specialist tapes are available on request.
