Most Klinger® materials comply with BS7531. They are commonly used in industries including, chemical, petrochemical, aerospace, power generation, oil and gas. However, their properties make them suitable for use in almost any sector and sealing application.

C4500 is a sealing material made from carbon fibre with a nitrile rubber binder. Due to the carbon fibre base C4500 has increased resistance to steam and alkaline based applications. It can operate at higher continuous temperatures than compressed fibre materials.

C8200 is made from a blend of fibres combined with an acid resistant binder. It is designed for used in harsh chemical environments and is resistant to most acids, alkalis, ketones, refrigerants and aldehydes. Maximum pressure 8 bar. Temperature range up to +150°C continuous, +200°C maximum.
Statite is manufactured from impregnated paper. Due to its resistance to oil and fuels, it is commonly used in the automotive industry for low bolt applications where the additional strength of compressed fibre is not required. Maximum pressure 8 bar. Temperature range up to +100°C continuous.
Top-Graph 2000 is manufactured from expanded graphite with synthetic fibres. Enabling it to withstand continuous exposure to combined high temperature and pressure environments. It is flexible and resistant to steam. Max pressure 100 bar. Max temperature +220°C continuous, +440°C maximum.
A high temperature material which uses a HNBR binder to maintain its flexibility after continued high temperature usage. FDA and WRAS approved for food contact and potable water applications. 100 bar maximum pressure. Temperature range up to +350°C, +400°C maximum
Manufactured from exfoliated graphite with an adhesive bound stainless steel foil insert for improved load bearing and handling. Graphite SLS-AS is resistant to steam and most chemical media. Maximum pressure 140 bar. Temperature range up to +460°C continuous.
Manufactured from pure exfoliated graphite with a mechanically fixed stainless steel insert for improved blow-out resistance. Graphite PSM-AS is commonly used in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Maximum pressure 150 bar. Temperature range up to +460°C continuous.
A mica based material reinforced by a stainless steel tanged insertion. MILAM is flame retardant, can withstand heated dry gas applications and has excellent chemical resistance. Maximum pressure 5 bar. Temperature range up to +900°C continuous.

Top-Chem 2003 is manufactured from modified PTFE for use in low bolt load applications or with delicate flanges. It is FDA approved and suited for sealing glass lined equipment. Max pressure 100 bar. Temperature range up to 200 °C continuous, +260°C maximum.
Soft-Chem is manufactured from Pure expanded PTFE with excellent chemical resistance and compressibility. Soft-chem is suitable for use on irregular flanges due to its low bolt load requirements. It is also FDA approved. Maximum pressure 60 bar. Temperature range of up to +200°C continuous, +250°C maximum.
