Professional Extrusion Tooling

 If tooling is required, you will be impressed by our costings and timescales. We can create custom extrusion dies, profiles and moulds that are carefully manufactured to your exact requirements.

Extrusion tooling is rarely more than £75 and it is our aim to provide you with final samples within 14 working days of order placement. Our quality systems and company ethos will ensure that not only are your expectations met, they are exceeded with our high precision solutions.

We can produce your profiles in almost any colour or grade and you can choose from a wide range of hardness options. This includes food grade profiles, profiles suitable for use in high and low temperatures, as well as flame retardant and steam resistant grades.

The end result is a bespoke product with fantastic stability that has been precisely engineered for your specific application.
