Viking Extrusions have been moulding custom silicone rubber products and components for nearly two decades now. Silicone is such a versatile material that it can be used in a multitude of applications and it can be produced in almost any colour. Amongst many other things, we can fabricate bespoke seals, gaskets, couplings and diaphragms, as well as spare parts for existing equipment.

Bespoke Moulded Rubber for Any Application
We manufacture moulded rubber products in both small and large quantities for customers in many different industries, including automotive, aerospace, civil engineering, food and dairy, and marine sectors. The tooling costs for silicone mould tools are relatively low compared to the rubber and plastics industries. This makes moulding in silicone an economical option for pre-production prototyping or small volume work.

Production Methods
We can offer both compression moulding and injection moulding, depending on your specific project. Compression moulding is a simple process that is suitable for manufacturing large, intricate parts and components, as well as smaller ones. Injection moulding offers fast production at high volumes and is ideally suited to smaller parts where a high level of precision is required.
