Silicone rubber gaskets — a detailed description

We use the latest equipment to manufacture the most accurate silicone gaskets, for the best price. For example, silicone washers can be stamped from a strip using a punching machine. Or parted from silicone tubing using modern precision cutting machines — to maintain tight tolerances.

Silicone rubber gaskets — properties & technical information
Silicone gaskets are often chosen for their stability over a wide temperature range. They have excellent resistance to chemicals, fire, fungal growth, aging and ozone. Mechanically, silicone has outstanding tensile strength, elongation, tear strength and compression set. Silicone is versatile with a long service, making it suitable for a diverse range of applications. Specific properties of our general purpose silicone include:

Odourless and Tasteless

We also offer two flame retardant grades developed for mass transit and aerospace grades which meet the following specific requirements:
